Patrick Yam.. who disappeared off the 20v list years ago made a set of delrin's for my 90 CQ for about $120.00 the procedure is here in the web site..
I am not sure if this is the right size for your application, but it's a cool little tid-bit of info..

Mine don't squeek after 2+ years, proper lubrication with synthetic grease will prevent this.
