I just thought I'd pass along one thing I've been noticing relating to the
new server and software Dan has set up for this list.  In the past it was a
fairly rare occurrence where the server set the nomail flag on an account
... I am now seeing this happen for some folks (especially hotmail
addresses) where an over quota bounce message is sent.  I thought I would
send out this note to let you know that if any of you think that you are no
longer receiving messages, the first thing to do is to check out your
account on the server to see if it has shut you off due to bounces.
