[ba] STILL time for a timing belt

FWIW, I had a bear of a timing getting that seal out by the method Steve
and others have used successfully. I did finally get it but also nicked
the surfaces of the hole in the process (luckily not causing any leaks).
  The next time I change the belt, I'll probably skip the seal. Good luck...
