[ba] STILL time for a timing belt

... the reason I changed the seal was because it was leaking ... I would
strongly recommend that the seal be changed as a service item, not skipped
because it is difficult.  I think the tool Audi specs is available ... has
anyone gotten one from Zelenda or somewhere similar?  I tried the local
places when I needed one back when and found none around ...
