I have checked all external linkage points. Something internal is causing
the problem. If i drop into 4th gear (which acts like it is neutral) it'll
let me use third, or if i go to third (which grinds horrible) it lets me use
fourth. So i can go 1st 2nd (drop to fourth and quickly up to 3rd) 3rd gear
then 5th, or vice versa. And also that loud scratching noise whenever im in
gear and now a small amount of ticking from the tranny (more when the clutch
is engaged and out of gear).
