The hydraulic system is the most likely thing to keep
it from moving. Check for leaks around the steering
rack and the many hoses. Also check that you get
proper  boost (1.3-1.4 for an older car?) and the
extra cooling things for the engine work (injector
blower, electric coolant pump and main fan), otherwise
some parts might be cooked.
