[ba] MY "Stolen" car: VIN Numbers under hood and dash don't match

Agreed...when I registered my '91 200tq at the Los Gatos DMV they said the
VINs always seem to mismatch and thought nothing of it (numbers were not off
by much however). Anyway, DMV is a good place to start.
