i like to let it be known when i have good customer interactions with
autoparts people.

i had a fender and hood on hold there for a few weeks while i figured out
how i was gonna get them to me [about 1.5 hours away]. i didnt want to pay
to have them delivered by truck, even if i did i'd have to take a day off of
work to have it delivered and then have to figure out a way to dispose of
the old hood - NOT easy in the heart of SF.

these guys were willing to meet me at 8am on a saturday [NOT business hours]
and were happy to give me a hand swapping the hood [simple enough, but hard
to hold by yourself while you tighten the bolts.. =]

and i got a nice fender and hood in the same faded shade of pearl for a
little over 300 bux. i called them today and theyre shipping the core
supports as they turned out to be a little tweaked.. another $90 well spent

all in all a really champ crew to deal with.
