[ba] 7A 20v Water Manifold Machining

I just had a machinist build a very nice jig that bolts to the 7A head so
that the head can be machined for the 20v turbo water manifold. Not only does
the jig precicely locate the cutting bit, but also squares and locates the head
up on the mill.

I'm into it a reasonable amount of money, but considering the tolerances,
this isn't something you want to try to drill by hand (over 6 different points
that need to be w/in 2 thousandths of each other). I'd like to recoup a little
of my "investment" on the jig, plus help any of you guys out if needed.
Afterall, I'd hate to see you toast a perfectly good head!

I think the best way to do it is for anyone interested to send me a bare head
casting and I have it done for you, you pay machinist costs (about 2 hrs
labor) and say $75 to use the jig. All in all, the cost would be around $200 or
so.

Anyhoo, let me know if this could help you.

Thanks,
