[ba] V8 salvaged Parts source in Bay Area.

Don't go to DAD's, they are REALLY expensive.  Try Specialized German or
Stockton Auto.  There are also a couple of yards in the south bay that do
german cars and get interesting Audi's occaisionally.

Force5 is the way to go if shipping is not going to be an issue.
