[ba] is the list secure now?

... to be honest I don't know if that much has changed. I have the list
set up so that only subscribers can see the subscriber list, and the
addresses are not displayed in the conventional syntax. I see dozens of
spam messages snagged by the server every time I check the submissions
from people who are not members of the list, and I personally receive
many e-mails to one of the e-mail addresses I'm subbed from (but not
that many to this address).

The quickest way to switch is to unsub the current address and resub
with the new one ... in fact as far as I know it's the only way! :-)
It isn't a big deal on this list, but what I've done to ensure messages
don't get lost is to sub the new address first, and when I see a post
from both the old and new addresses I'll unsub the old one ...
