[ba] 82 heads vs. 84+ heads

The main difference is that an '84 head has hydraulic valve lifters
whereas the '82 has solid lifters.  The oil paths from the block
to the head are bigger on the hydraulic models and (I think) there
are more of them.  There may also be other differences but they
escape my memory at the moment.
