... just thought I'd pass along that I got a call from Scott this morning ... he was already passing through Sacramento on his way to Chicago.  

... so ... here's how it finally played out ... I had a co-worker carry my (actually it was Rocky's) old K-26 over the hill to Scotts Valley on his way home ... Scott got it installed over night and the turbo solved the smoking problem.  

Thanks especially to Jeff Lewis who went home and scoured for a turbo that might work ... 

... Jeff also told me that Al Keene is in the hospital recovering from surgery ... I'd imagine he's in a Kaiser hospital somewhere ... anyone know which one and if he's still in the hospital or not?
