... well ... finally found the "great place" I found to put the business
card so I wouldn't lose it!  Sorry about the delay ... Here's the info ...

The tech's name is Suad Besic ... phone number given is 408-287-4400.  The
address of the Safelite store he works for is 2281 Stevens Creek Blvd, San
Jose.  It has been some time since I had the windshield replaced ... perhaps
he has moved on.  It sounded like he was a pretty ambitious person ...

the first replacement about 4 years ago was done by
Allstar Auto Glass (http://www.allstarglass.net/) and
they did a good job, glass was Sigla with Audi rings.
