Are you talking about rebuilding a stock turbo, or is it a modified one?
When I needed to have the turbo rebuilt *many* years ago there was a
rebuilder on De La Cruz in Santa Clara ... I don't think they are there now.
Have you talked to Javad?  I wonder if Mark Thomas is still around?  He
might have a recommendation.  My BiL works at a FLAPS which has a machine
shop ... I'll give him a call tomorrow to see if he has any recommendations.
