[ba] FW: urq help for Pre95?

Hey Derek, Steve, BA-Group,

Thanks for the help, I have signed up for the distribution lists here
and look forward to getting to know some of the local owners.
Currently the car is half dismantled under the hood (victim of vandals
stealing parts when stored) which is why I have started looking for
images or a local car to give a good walk around for comparison. Some
things will be obvious (plug wires, cruise control pieces, dissy cap &
rotor, random bits that no one in their right mind would steal) others
not so much. The 83 urq wont be road worthy for some time (some
licensing issues to work out, as well as the missing parts) and will
not actually be in my garage until the 24th of this month. At that
time I will likely post what I have to work with, and what I *think* i
need to get her going again. If it comes down to it, an MC swap was my
first choice if needed, along with 034efi for tuning and reliability
(?). I understand the WX 10vT doesnt have a true "ECU", more so a TCU
(timing control unit) which can present limiting factors in fuel
delivery for performance. Just not sure if 034efi will stand up to the
strict California smog laws (though the IIb system works with a
distributor so possibly can be hidden?)

Thanks again!
Johnny
