IMHO you shouldn't waste your time & money... The rules in traffic court are not
the same as criminal court, you're basically guilty until proven innocent,
unless the officer is a no show. You're likely going to pay court costs anyway.
Keep your clean record in tact, keep your current insurance rates, bite the
bullet and take traffic school...
