[BiturboS4] left-foot braking & fuel (???) cutoff

Kaido ----- I beg to differ......it has a lot to do
with ECU and drive by wire.....

However....you can sorta left foot brake but you must
be off the throttle when you first apply the brake,
and then apply the throttle with the brake already
applied.  If you are on the throttle and then give it
some brake, the engine will cut out which you already
experienced.

Very similiar to rev matching or heel/toe which I do
on a regular basis track and daily driving.

Try adding throttle after you apply braking (left foot
braking)and it should work.
