[BiturboS4] post-dealer visit Audi survey

I've answered 2 such phone surveys after both my initial regular service
visits.  I also gave 'em all 5s.  I was satisfied with the routine
service.  I had no complaints about the car and needed nothing special
done.  I answered based on the general theory that doing the dealer a
solid might be reciprocated in the future.  I'm curious as to how the
survey results are used.

I've received a few regarding service from my 2 local dealers over the
years.
You must be careful though, the dealer gets the results and from what
I've
heard, your name is attached to your answers. It is so they can make
sure
your next visit is better if you complain.
