Interesting but hardly practical. The headlight
washer pump on mine blew apart. My temporary "fix"
was to pull the fluid level sensor connector and jam
in a paper clip to short it out. As the pump and
sensor are halfway up the reservoir, there was in fact

plenty of washer fluid.
Eventually, I got the dealer to replace the pump
under warranty when the car was in for other stuff.
This was just 2 weeks ago. I want to go in and pull
the connector from the headlight washer pump so it
won't happen again. Guess I'll do that tonight so I
won't forget and go through all this again.
