[BiturboS4] Got my car back from the dealer

It turns out that the main windshield washer pump was leaking, not the
auxiliary headlight washer pump.  Replaced under warranty and all is
well now.

While the car was there, they did the 20K mile service even though
I didn't ask for it (the car only has about 17K miles, but it's been
a year since the 10K mile service).  Cool.

The erratic fuel gauge reading was fixed by doing an adaptation with
their VAG tool.  No need to replace any parts.  They even filled up my
tank!

In all, I'm a happy camper.
