"It turns out that the main windshield washer pump was leaking, not the
auxiliary headlight washer pump.  Replaced under warranty and all is
well now."

Mine blew out on my 01 S4 on the road at 4500 miles. Repalced in a day down
in Tucson.

"The erratic fuel gauge reading was fixed by doing an adaptation with
their VAG tool.  No need to replace any parts.  They even filled up my
tank!"

I'm getting this now. I fill up with the ignition on and never quite get to
full. Will have them check this out.
