[BiturboS4] BOV v. DV

Not only that, but it'd seem that with a BOV, the whole system
would have to start building boost from scratch after a shift,
no??
Maybe my logic is flawed but if there's air/exhaust/some
boost(??) already present or built-up in the 'system', I'd think
that right after upshifting, it would take less time to reach
max-threshold of boost before the next upshift--opposed to
having a BOV that would have released that existent air into the
atmosphere.
