In the US it retails just a little under $1000 for the Miltek exhaust.

I only have the cat-back, I don't think it makes much difference, to
power
which is what my dyno figures suggest. However I DO think that it helps
a
little with the low end torque, and again my dyno figures suggest that.

The full system on the other hand, where the cats are replaced, should
allow
the gases to flow much better. I'd expect this to increase torque across
the
whole rev range, and in particular allow the turbos to come up to speed
more
quickly reducing lag.

I'm having the rest of the Miltek system fitted next month and I hope
that
I'll be able to report these improvements, especially as it's not cheap!

The S4 Miltek is about $600 for the cat-back and $1650 for the rest of
the
system (cats). Since it's made in the UK, I'd really be interested to
know
what it retails for in the US.

that was my understanding (though, not that Milltek was best, just most
expensive), that an aftermarket exhaust, with it's higher flow thru,
added
15 or so HP.
