[BiturboS4] check Eng light w/out symptoms

2001 S4
  Just came on for the first time yesterday. No symtoms. Book said speed
limiter might be malfunctioning? I.m stumped and also hate the dealer.
  I hate it when they yell at me in front of other customers.
