[BiturboS4] Da'Lan Trailer Hitch

Can anyone who's installed the Da'Lan trailer hitch give a bit of insight..

Where's a good place to pick one up?

Do you have to cut the bumper at all to get it installed?

Does it come with the components needed to hook up the electronics for the
lights?  Or at least some directions on how to do so?  Or does some kind
soul out there have directions/schematics that they can share?
