[BiturboS4] RE: Ammonia smell safety feature

I distinctly remember an ammonia-like smell when my
car was new and prior to refilling the washer fluid.
Don't know what was in the stuff, but it sure smelled
foul.  I still use winter washer fluid, good to -20F
or something, doesn't smell like that original stuff
at all.
