[BiturboS4] no siren

Really ? I don't understand that. Could someone with a boost gauge confirm
that "there is no boost without load" ?. I thought there was, because in the
workshop when they check boost pressure, they don't use any rolling-road.

unless you  severely retard your timing, there is no boost without load.
 you can get a boost enhance device thet will retard your timing 20
degrees (when the clutch is in) but its really bad for the turbos
