[BiturboS4] 2003 S4?

Thats a very subjective question IMO. too many
arguments and debates as to what is the best and why.

I like APR because of its many programs, race, stock,
valet etc...However GIAC seem to have more HP and
torque.

Our club recently had a dyno day....where we all had
roughly 2-3 runs on a Mustang dyno. We had some
interesting figures all very close stock numbers.
However you will see that the guys running on race gas
had by far the biggest HP gains as well as torque,
followed by the GIAC chip. Most cars had chip and
exhaust (no DP's)
