It's the same block, but it's likely got higher compression pistons,
different cams, etc.  The tuning on these things is pretty different
for high-performance FI engines vs high-performance NA engines.

So conversion would be possible (in that it almost certainly uses the
same motor mounts and transmission bellhousing bolt pattern), but not
easy.
