[BiturboS4] Turbo failure modes

There was a long discussion with good points on all sides, but from an
intelligent ignoramous, it seemed that the reasons for only letting it idle for
under a minute seemed the most valid. By intellegent ignoramous I mean I
understand everything that was said for the most part, but I didn't know it
previously and I probably wouldn't be able to regurgitate it again.

Every situation IS different (and the fact that you live on an expressway is
unique), but for the majority of situations, I will let my car idle only a
little while. Oh, and if I were in your situation, I would find a different
route to work. I'll drive next to the highway (fronage roads) if I am starting
my car in close proximity to a highway.
