[BiturboS4] euro springs for S4's...

As far as I know, the current Neuspeed units are simply S4 specific
Bilstiens grooved at the Bilstein factory.  The valving is indentical to
the non-grooved BE3-6214HO and BE3-6213HO part numbers.
