[BiturboS4] euro springs for S4's...

That may be, here's what I know:
- I've got the "early" Neuspeed Bilsteins, that were revalved A4 units.
- The person I talked with at Neuspeed said that they are valving the new
(s4-specific) ones just like the early ones I've got.

This is based only on talking w/the one rep at Neuspeed. I tried to
cross-reference this w/Bilstein & the guy didn't return my call. I'm sure
the truth is out there somewhere :)

If someone has the real valving specs between the different shocks, I'd love
to see them.
