[BiturboS4] S8 AVUS Wheels for S4

I think the Achtuning guys got a set to fit, give them a call.
IIRC the S8 wheels weigh about the same as the S4 Avus, and are 18x8et48?

My guess is that they'd be about perfect w/a 5mm spacer.
