[BiturboS4] Brake Pad Advice

Soon will be time for new pads (38k mi. with less than

1/4" pads left).  My car is daily driver only, already

have a track car project with the coupe.  I'm happy
with the braking performance, so the wish list is
quiet
operation and maybe less dust.  A little surfing has
turned up the Mintex red box, and I found AWE has
good prices ($90 front, $45 rear).
Does anyone have experience with these pads or have
a better recommendation?
