[BiturboS4] boost gauge recommendation

I don't know. Yeah it looks really nice, but I'm not sure how ideal the Audi
engine management system is. Maybe it's a VAG tool shortcoming, but I thought
measurements were done every second or so. If that's the case, this thing
wouldn't be real time. Anyone?
