Yes.

In my opinion when driving an S4 under full boost the driver should be
looking through the windshield and not at the dashboard.

I would hope that I am not in the minority with this opinion.

Is this your opinion, or is there some fact that prohibits monitoring full
boost using this type of boost gauge under driving conditions ???
