[BiturboS4] Hesitation

Yep, mine too.  I've battled this problem since new, to no avail.

I insisted that the dealer change the MAF, but it made a minimal difference.
I've been hoping that it was perhaps a small tear in the TBB.  My plan was
to change to the APR (?) metallic TBB and aftermarket DV's as well to see if
there was any difference.

All other ideas would be welcomed.
