[BiturboS4] 99% stock?

If there really were 12707 00-02 S4s built and 99% are stock,
that means only 127 or so S4s have been modified.  If that were
true, I don't see how many aftermarket tuners can exist, let alone
stay in business.  Maybe they survive on the other lines that they
support (VWs and A4s esp), but where is the ROI developing
parts for 127 cars?
