[BiturboS4] Stratmosphere OCC spedometer boost gauge

Dude, they had to rerelease that POS becasue they were charging 600 dollars before, and I suppose someone told them to wise up, cuz no one in their right mind would pay that much for that.  Plus, you have to replace the dials, and the new ones have O.C.T. written all over them, I would rather keep the S4 dials, and find another solution.
