It would seem to me that this group should band together and when one of us
has a problem with getting satisfaction from a particular dealership that we
send a letter of dissatisfaction (or broadcast email) to Audi North America
in Auburn Hills (or wherever the corporate weasels are) and let them know we
object to their poor response and we intend on spreading our discontent and
boycott there products until the matter is resolved to our satisfaction.

As in all politics, numbers are everything and the powers at be truly believe
that one written response represents thousands of potential opinions or
feelings on a particular matter.

So I suggest we use our collective will and draft up prototype language and
get proactive about some of our brethren's problems and fire off some
correspondence to Audi and copy the dealership as well as JD Power and
Associates.
