hmmmm.....if the K03s on ebay are the newer ones..i
might have an interest.
Only problem with ebay - I don't know the condition of
the K03s - especially from a private party.
I would only purchase re-conditioned (from a reputable
re-builder)or new turbos on ebay - just a comfort
factor.
I did purchase a re-conditioned turbo on ebay for my
951 Porsche last December. But, I bought it directly
from the tuner - KoKeln.
I had already purchased a KoKeln ECU chip for my 951 -
so from previous experience - I had a "warm and
fuzzty" about product quality and vendor reputation.
The turbo came as promised and I had its
re-conditioned status verified with a local
independent Porsche shop.
Was well worth the $$$ I spent ($700). A new 951 turbo
from KoKeln retails for $1500.
