Sounds like you've been more than patient, and if your car meets the lemon
law requirements in your state, it should be "relatively" easy to win. If
not, you have, in my humble opinion, reached the pain threshold for someone
to sue, even if to get out of having to deal with it.

The stupid thing is, you most likely would not be contemplating this if
they'd just respond to your inquiries and make you feel like a valued
customer. That's free for them, beyond the 3 cents per minute call!
