I'm not an attorney, so I'm not sure...

I think the target class is:

Audi S4 owners who have had repairs declined under warranty, delays and foot
dragging and bully tactics used against them during the time their Audi S4
was within warranty.

I think that Audi of America has harmed us by:

Creating a product with a greater than average potential for defect, early
malfunction and problematic ownership and that their practice for handling
this class of car and drivers is wherever possible  - to stall, ignore,
limit repair and claim the likely drive is an amatuer enthusiast who has
driven the car to the point of abuse.
