Okay... I think Wally may have meant to say, "That isn't even close to the
cause for a class action...", doesn't this illustrate that a non-attorney
like myself shouldn't be trying to interpret the right course of action?
Anyway, I interviewed an attorney months ago based upon a referal from my
regular joe contract/IP counsel. I know what my options are and I chose to
be reasonable and avoid the hassle of a lawsuit. I'm just tired of being
blown off by Audi, so a date is set and we'll see what I can do on my own.

I'm not impressed by threats, and as I work to mitigate risk for my clients,
I certainly know they don't respond to threats from consumers and customers
on a mailing list or forum. Being calm, mature and rational, reasonable and
fair will probably get you the same thing as any lawsuit... Maybe you won't
feel as big of a tough guy, for having "sued the pants off" Audi... Anyhow,
enough of this thread - besides, I need to follow up with Audi. :)
