I had a VERY productive conversation with my area field rep today.

I expect results today, or at least a follow up call from him on when to
expect it.

This is another thing I've learned... If you keep trying, moving lateral or
upwards in a food chain of any organization, and if you patiently explain
and keep records of your topic and calls, SOMEONE can eventually help you.
Sure beats depositions and work schedules around lawsuit times.
