Yes, I heard the same.  Basically, think of it as a 2-door version
of the B6 S4 (a bit like the B6 A4 Cabriolet, except with a hard top
and quattro, plus the 4.2 V8 engine and all the S4 bits).  Perhaps there
will be a S4 Cabriolet as well to do battle with the M3 convertible.
