[BiturboS4] Selling my S4

[Ti Kan]

In the US market, the RS6 is only available as a sedan, and the S6 is
only available as an Avant.  Both are only available with Tiptronic.

S6:  340hp 4.2 V8
RS6: 450hp 4.2 V8 biturbo
