The badges have a general correlation but the best way to tell is to look at
the ECU. M or higher (on manuals) means new (you're good on that). Slushboxes
I'm not sure on - check APR's website or call them if you can't find the info.
www.goapr.com. Even the build date is fuzzy because it only tells the month and
they switched mid month.

My theory on the badges is that they made new ones and threw them in with the
old ones, so there is a period of a couple months where you could have old
badge/new engine or new badge/old engine.
