[Biturbos4] MAF warranty extended!

I called the phone number to get more info about the
reimbursement.  Strangely, whoever I talked to didn't
know anything about it and put me on hold - for over
45 minutes!  But at least they were playing Christmas
music so I put it on speaker and got some work done.

Eventually the phone just disconnected, but a few
minutes later I got a call back from Audi, claiming they
tried to pick up the call after just a couple minutes but
the line was dead.  Curiously however they didn't call
back until just after my line disconnected...

As for the results - there is no campaign code, which
is why I couldn't find one in the letter.  And they want
the ORIGINAL copies of the service order and credit
card receipt - which they promise to return, of course.
They also gave me a different address to send it to and
a case reference number.  And finally they said that
once they get them from me they'll start 'reviewing' my
case.

All in all, I'm not impressed.  And I'm rather dubious that
I'll ever see any reimbursement.  I'll let you know if I do.
